Quick lunch bowl for moms on the run

The last two weeks I had relatives visiting and my baby boy’s birthday for which I never had time to eat big meals. But I always ate continuosly, because I still breastfeed my baby.

Yesterday I made this delicious crunchy chicken potato and raisins bowl, and here’s how.

  • 1 chicken breast

  • 3 small baked potatos

  • 1 tsp of mayonaisse

  • 1 tsp of yellow onion

  • 1 tsp of raisins

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and enjoy! Buon apetito!

Las pasadas dos semanas he tenido a mis familiares visitando por motivo del cumpleaños de mi niño, por lo que no he tenido tiempo de comer grandes porciones. Pero siempre procuro alimentarme saludable y continuamente, porque sigo lactando a mi bebé.

Ayer preparé esté delicioso y crujiente bol de pollo con papas majadas y pasas y quise compartirlo con ustedes mamis que están corriendo todo el tiempo, como yo.

Ingredientes:

  • 1 pechuga de pollo

  • 3 papas horneadas pequeñas

  • 1 cdta mayonesa

  • 1 cdta cebolla amarilla

  • 1 cdta pasas

Mezcla todos los ingredientes en el bol. Y listo. ¡Buen provecho!
