It is my desire to honor mothers on Mother’s Day week, and I want to highlight the lives of a group of mommys that I love and admire for the great job they’re doing in their different life stages.
Even though some of them have grown up children already; they’re still working towards the goal of doing a satisfactory job and leaving a legacy for their children.
A mother that is just beginning this path like me, is Evelyn Santo Domingo. Gospel Singer, mom to Gadiel Andrés.
“I always liked working with children, and it was one of my first jobs. I imagined that being a mom would be something alike; but God exceeded my expectations. Becoming a mother is a stage of new challenges in which you need to receive support or search for it, to overcome any obstacles that might appear”.
Evelyn’s satisfaction lies in the development of her precious son. The first time rolling on his belly, his first time eating solids, when he started crawling…and when he began showing love for her baby and his daddy. Evelyn also enjoys her baby boy’s face while he listens to her singing. This young mother has her goals very clearever since her child was in her womb.
My legacy for him is to give our lives just as Jesus expects us to. In our daily routine, we intend to model a lifestyle in which Gadiel learns to bless people.

Es mi deseo honrar a las madres en su semana, (si eres madre que me lees te felicito y te celebro) y quiero resaltar un grupo de madres que quiero mucho y admiro por la gran labor que están realizando. Aunque todas están viviendo diferentes etapas con sus hijos, su mirada sigue en la meta de hacer un labor satisfactoria y dejarles un legado.
Una de las madres que quiero celebrar hoy está comenzando su vida de madre como yo. Evelyn Santo Domingo, es una cantante de música cristiana y mamá del hermoso Gadiel Andrés.
Siempre me gustó trabajar con niños, incluso fue de mis primeros trabajos. Imaginaba algo parecido a lo que experimentaba a trabajar pero Dios excedió mis expectativas.
Convertirse en madre es una etapa de nuevos retos en la cual es necesario recibir o buscar apoyo para vencer cualquier obstáculo que se presente.
Evelyn dice disfrutar cada progreso del desarrollo de su bebé por más diminuto que pueda parecer. Desde la primera vez que se volteó, su primera comida, ese primer gateo y ese reconocimiento de amor que da para mamá y papá.¡Ni hablar del sentimiento que le provoca ver su rostro al escucharla cantar!
Desde el vientre he sido muy clara en influenciar en la vida de mi hijo respecto a su misión y mi legado para él: dar la vida por las personas como Jesús espera.
En nuestra rutina buscamos modelar un estilo de vida donde Gadiel Andrés aprenda a bendecir a las personas.
